My name is Libby Leyden, I am going to be a senior this fall and I am studying print journalism and political science. I want to experience the Brazilian culture on this trip and learn more about the ways they have gone about developing alternative energy sources. I wanted to come on this dialogue because I really enjoy traveling and I find the best way to do it is in a group where we will be exposed to more things than traveling solo. I also always knew I wanted to travel to Brazil so this seemed like a great opportunity. Since arriving in Brazil, I have seen so much graffiti which is considered here an art while back in the United States it is seen as a negative thing and not looked at as very good thing.
